Mohamed is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience, where he led and participated in numerous consulting, audit and business transformation engagements. He has broad business experience with specialization in risk management, crisis management, strategy formulation, performance improvement, financial and project management.
Currently:
Mohamed currently holds different posts:
o He is the managing partner of Lead-Ability Consultancy (http://Lead-Ability.com)
o He is member of the nomination committee of the global board of directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (http://afpglobal.org)
o He is governance and audit committee member to the multi-billion pounds Ibn Sina Pharma (http://www.ibnsina-pharma.com).
o He is Egypt country champion for IFR4NPO where he is working with (http://www.Humentum.org) to develop the International Financial Reporting Standards for NPOs.
o He provides management, financial, fundraising and strategy formulation consultancy services to clients in Egypt and the region.
Previously:
o In Y2K he joined one of the biggest accounting and auditing firms KPMG (www.kpmg.com).
o Moved on to join PricewaterhouseCoopers (www.pwc.com), spent almost 10 years in the Performance Improvement team, providing clients with an array of services, where he spent his last year in the GCC in Riyadh office.
o Then Mohamed was headhunted to be part of the executive team of the biggest developmental organizations in Egypt, MEK Foundation (www.mekeg.org) where he was appointed to be the CEO leading a strong team of professionals and contributing to a yearly 1.8 billion+ pounds UNESCO prize winning organization.
o He was a board member to a Shopping Centers Development company operating in the UAE.
o He was also a member of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
Teaching:
o He was a lecturer of Marketing and Business at Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (One of the League of Arab States Organizations) ranked number 1 in Egypt and 112 Globally in Quality Education (https://aast.edu/en/)

Mohamed was a judge, mentor and key-note speaker at different occasions and conferences in different parts of the world: South Africa, The UK, Bahrain, France & Egypt.
